TIGERBELT is an optical, high-speed belt sorter designed to handle products that are difficult to process with gravity systems. By combining an innovative feeding system with a conveyor belt that evenly distributes material, TIGERBELT can handle large volumes of product quickly and accurately. A highly versatile sorter, it can be configured to handle a wide range of products, including food and plastics, with sorting capabilities even for sticky or wet products and those with irregular shapes.
Special conveyor belt, 720mm wide, variable speed up to 4 meters/second. Ensures proper distribution of the product avoiding accumulation and bouncing.
